Oyster Heaven (オイスター・天国)

１２月クリスマスから、数日。

クリスマス明けから、ニューイヤーイブまでは、

基本的に、街はとても静か。

観光客もほとんどいない。

ず〜〜っと、狙っていた「The Shop」へ、出かける。

Few days after Christmas....

Between the next day of Christmas and the before night of the New Year's Eve,

the town is usually quiet.

There are almost no tourists.

While I was eager to go to visit "The Shop" for a long time,

we went there FINALLY !!

メインでは、２１世紀に入った頃から、

オイスターの養殖が特に盛んとなり、

今では、150ほどの養殖ファーム。

「The Shop」では、 常に６種類のオイスターを提供。

In Maine,From the beginning of the 21 Century,the farms of oysters has been dramatically increasing.Today, there are about 150 oyster farms in Maine.
"The Shop" usually brings 6 kinds of oysters from Maine.

まだ、夕方４時３０分だというのに、

すでに、多くのお客様。

It was just after 4:30PM,

There were many customers.

やっと、見つけた席は、窓側のカウンター。

ちょっと灯りがとぼしいけれど、

その分、ロマンティック？笑

まずは、２つずつ６種類を注文。

We grabbed the last seats located at next to a window.

In that area, the light is a little poor.

But, it gave us romantic setting ^^

We ordered 2-oysters from each farm.

甘い！美味しい！ぷりぷり、新鮮。あっという間に完食。
Sweet ! Delicious !!Fresh !!12 oysters were gone quickly !
次なる１ダースは、我が家好みだったものを３種類、４個づつ。Next order was 4 oysters from three locations that we loved.あ〜至福の時間です。
このあと、最後の締めに、今宵のベスト・オイスター「Johns River, South Bristol@Maine」を４個。１時間ほどの滞在で、２８個を頂きました。

帰る頃には、夕方一波が過ぎたのか、店内は、静かに。


OMG ! It was a blissful time for us.
After 2 dozen oyster finished,we ordered another 4 oysters from "Johns River, South Bristol@Maine"that is the best of the best for us in that night. Thus, we enjoyed 28 oysters.
When we left the shop around 5:30PM,the first wave was gone and the shop was very quiet. 年が明けたら、絶対に、また来よう〜！！
