First "RECLAST" (初めての「リクラスト」点滴)

骨粗鬆症の治療にと、「フォサマック」を飲み始めたが、副作用。

他のドクターに相談したところ、「リクラスト点滴」を勧められる。

To treat for my osteoporosis, I had "FOSAMAC" a couple of times.

However, I had side effects.

I asked another Doctor.

She suggested taking RECLAST.

点滴を打った翌日の副作用があるとネットで書かれていたので、

かなり心配だったが、１年に１度ならば、多少の副作用でも頑張ろう〜と。

当日は、副作用の最悪時を考え、彼にドライバーを。

I learned some people had side effects via websites.

While I was very worried,

I decided that I would take RECLAST because of only once of a year.

On that day, I asked my husband for driving.

点滴室に入り、薬の説明を受ける。

副作用の１番は、頭痛ということで、Tylenol ２錠を点滴前に、頓服。

そして、いざ！

椅子に座って、ボ〜ッと外を見ながらの15分。

Upon entering the treatment room,

a nurse welcomed me with a big smile.

She explained about the med with the side effect.

Then, she gave me two Tylenol to reduce the future headache.

Now it's the time !

Sitting on the chair and relax with looking at outside for 15mins.

当日の夜、多少、頭痛が残り、就寝前に、Tylenolを２錠。

だがそれ以外は、大きな副作用がなく過ぎた。

やったね！

On that night, I had two Tylenol again because of headache.

However, I had no other side effect.

Lucky !

１年に1度のこの点滴。

どこまで、骨密度を上げてくれるかな？

２年後の骨密度検査が待ち遠しい。

I will take "RECLAST" once a year for next 5 years on the current plan.

Wish my bone density becomes higher.

Looking forward to having the "Bone Density Test" after two years !
