Sushi in Lisbon (リスボンにてお寿司)

リスボンの夜。

あまりに疲れていて、ホテルトップフロアーの「Sushi 」屋さんへ。

A night at Lisbon, Portugal.

Since we were very tired,

we decided to go to the Sushi restaurant at the top floor of our hotel.

驚きの値段でしたが、頼んだ2品。

Looking at the menu, we were in doubt of the price. Too HIGH!

We finally chose two rolls.

そして、お客様さんは私達ふたりだというのに、待つ事30分。

出てきたお料理は…

While the customer was nobody else,

it took a over 30mins to deliver.

Then, finally, here it is !!

サーモン巻き(マンゴー、きゅうり)Salmon roll with mango & cucumber
ツナ巻き(with アボガド)Tuna roll with Avocado
ナイス・プレゼンテーション！
さあ、お味のほどは…？

Nice presentation!!Ok ! Let’s try to have it !!
「美味しい！」新鮮なお魚豊富なリスボン。
お刺身の質はエクセレント！
Delicious !!Yes, no doubt freshness of fishas we expected from Lisbon’s fish quality.
そして、もうひとつ、お寿司に大切なもの。「お米」このレストランのお米、「美味しい！！」加えて、お酢とのバランスも良し。
For me, enjoying Sushi has one more serious criteria. Quality of Rice.Surprising ! It’s very good. And it’s also balanced well with vinegar.
あまり好まない創作寿司ですが、ネタとお米の美味しさで、二重丸◎ ^^
また食べに行こう〜。
Indeed, I do not prefer new style, aka.created(?), Sushi.I accept this Sushi.Let’s enjoy it again !!
