Gyoza, Ramen and…(餃子とラーメンと…)

思いがけない所で、餃子とラーメンに遭遇。

Unexpected place, our eyes were captured

by the sign of “Gyoza and Ramen”

餃子はベジタブル餃子とチキン餃子。

アツアツで出された餃子は、白菜いっぱいの揚げ餃子。

付け合わせはチリソース。

久しぶりの味に、にっこり。

Gyoza has two varieties: vegetable and chicken.

Both gyoza were delivered very hot.

Side sauce is Chile sauce.

We kindly enjoyed them.

焼豚ラーメン。

かなり煮込まれた焼豚。

うどんの如し太い自家製ヌードル。

生姜が効いたうっすら醤油味のスープ。

日本のラーメンとはかなりかけ離れたラーメン。

スープはまずまず合格点。

Pork ramen.

Homemade chaishu was long simmered.

Homemade noodle was too thick like udon.

Homemade soup was nicely tasty with ginger and light soy.

It is far image from Japanese ramen.

やはり、食べ物は、地元名物を追うべきである。
