小さめのじゃがいもを入手。
皮つきのまま、
油で炒め、
味噌とみりんでコトコトと。
しっかり艶が出るまで煮詰めて完成。

まるで、母が作ったみたい。
美味しい!
(自画自賛、笑)

I use small size potatoes,
with skin,
stir them very well with oil,
simmer them with Miso and Mirin slowly.
When the sauce boils down and
the potatoes are shining,
it is the time to finish.

This is the same taste of my mother's.
Delicious !!!
