Soufflé chaud au Grand-Marnier (グランマニエ・スフレ)

フレンチレストランで、ランチ。ランチの後のデザートは・・・

After having a lunch at French restaurant,we enjoy "Soufflé chad au Grand-Marnier"
フワフワ焼きたて「グランマニエ・スフレ」写真を撮る間もなく、フォークで真ん中に穴が開けられてしまいました。
Before taking a picture,our server made a hole in the center of "just baked soufflé'."
そして、流し込まれるグランマニエ。
Then the server pours Grand-Marnier into the opening.徐々に高い位置へ。
Higher and Higher...デザートのひととき、
美味しさ、美しさに加え、パフォーマンスも加わると、どこか嬉しいよね。
As the dessert,"Delicious" and "Beauty" are mandatory. "Performance" gives us more happiness.
