Lunch at Ma Maison (Ma Maison でランチ)

ボストン、ビーコンヒルにある ma maison でランチ。

いつも気になっていたフレンチレストラン。

昼間からアイロンがかかった白いテーブルクロスと白いナプキン。
We finally had lunch atthe restaurant "Ma Maison" at Beacon Hill in Boston.We had been interested in this restaurant for a couple of monthssince we discovered the tables have always white table clothes and napkins even at lunch time.まずは、リフレッシュに一杯。笑First we had a refreshment ! :-)ランチは、ビーフ・ターター（タルタルステーキ）を。生卵の黄身を混ぜていただきます。デジョンマスタードで絡められているかな？そして、お店の人の勧めでタバスコを少し混ぜて。少し予想していたターターとは違ったけれど、久しぶりのビーフ。美味しくいただきました。
My dish was "Beaf Tartar".I mixed raw egg york into the beef.It may be mixing with dejon mustard.In addition, adding a touch of tabasco recommended by the service person.While it is quite different from my expectation of tartar,I enjoyed it. パートナーは、ショートリブ。ソースには煮込まれた人参もたっぷりと。そして、クリーミーなマッシュポテトを使い、揚げたてコロッケ。リブもコロッケも一口食べて、「美味しい！これこそ求めていた味！」と絶賛の彼。
My partner ordered "Short Ribs Bourguignon"with potato croquette.Sauce has lots of simmer carrots.When he ate one bite,he said "wow ! This is what I was looking for ! " He loves this dish.そして、デザートは、グランマニエのスフレ。目の前で、ふんわり焼けたスフレに穴をあけ、そこにグランマニエが注がれ完成！熱々をいただきます。優しい甘みが口いっぱいに広がって・・贅沢なランチの締めの一品でした。
The dessert is "Grand Marnier Soufflé's" In front of our eyes, the service guy made a hole in the soufflé',and put Grand Manier into the soufflé.We enjoyed it at very hot temperature.Our mouthes are filled by delicate sweetness.It is the best choice for closing the luxury lunch. 1時半を過ぎた頃から、フランス人が続々とお店へ。ちょっと目立たないお店ですが、もしかすると、有名なのかもしれませんね。
