ANGELINA, Créme de Marrons

お友達から、フランスのお土産を頂きました。
"CRÉME DE MARRONS, CHESTNUT CREAM"
パートナーがクロワッサンを焼くというので、
少し生地を頂いて・・・、
ミニクロワッサンのなかに入れてみました。
オーブンで焼いている間、
チェスナッツの甘〜い香り。

Our friend gives a French souvenir,
"CRÉME DE MARRONS, CHESTNUT CREAM."
One afternoon, my partner is making croissants.
So, I take a couple pieces and
make "Chestnuts cream in mini croissants."
During baking them in the oven,
the taste of sweet chestnuts expands in our kitchen.

焼きたてを一口。
甘み控えめ、たいへん美味しいペーストでした。
お土産ありがとう〜。

It is delicious with very gentle sweetness paste.
