Sharpen (研ぐ)

ある日、夕ご飯の支度をしていると、
突然背後から、
「今日の包丁の切れ具合はどう?」という声。
「今までで、一番よい感じ。
 キャベツの千切りもよく切れたよ。」と答えた私。
ふと思った・・・「研ぎ方変えた?」
数日後、新兵器を披露してくれた。

One day... during preparing dinner,
my partner asked,
"How is today's knife ? Is it cutting better ?"
"Yes, this knife is sharper than before.
Indeed, I could shard cabbage very well."
Then, I wonder...
"Did he change the method of sharpening knives ?"
After couple days later...
he shows me his new secret tool.

研ぐ角度を一定に保つ事ができるこの装置。
砥石も荒め〜細かいものへと順番に。
包丁だけでなく、
花きり鋏も、お願いした私。

お料理に、お花の飾り付けに、
いろいろな事がいっそう楽しくなりそう〜。
