Ramps (行者ニンニク)

行者ニンニクが店頭に並びました。
メインに来て初めて、見た、食べた。
今では、すっかり我が家の春の味。
今夜のご飯の一品は、
干桜えび入り、「行者にんにくチヂミ」に決定！

Spring taste "Ramps" appear in a grocery store.
After moving here, to Maine,
we saw and ate it for the first time.
It was a couple of years ago.
Now we love it.
For our dinner,
I will make "Ramps Chijimi (Korean Pancake) "
with Sakura ebi (Shrimp) !
