1/2 Lbs Burger (ハーフ・パウンド・バーガー)

1年に一度、3夜だけのスペシャルメニュー "The BBG burger"
注文後、15分、テーブルに並びました。

Once s year "The BBG Burger" is on a special menu for three nights only.
15 minutes after ordering, the dishes arrive at our table.

ブリオッシュ・バンの上に、
ハーフ・ パウンド(225g)のビーフハンバーグ。
スティルトンチーズとクリーミー・ガーリックのドレッシングで
あえられた細かく切ったレタス。
そしてちょこんとバンがのって。
サイドには揚げたてのポテトチップス。

On a brioche bun, baked 1/2 lbs of naturally raised beef is ready to eat.
Over the beef,
shredded romaine, dressed in Stilton and creamy garlic dressing.
On the side, freshly made potato chips.

チーズ、バター抜きの私のバーガーは、こんな感じ。
とてもジューシーなお肉に、あっさりのレタス。
こんな大きなハンバーグなんて食べれるかな？と
心配していたのは、嘘のよう。
こんがりパリパリの塩なしポテトチップス、
びっくりの美味しさ。

My burger is special without the cheese and butter.
The meat is very juicy. The topping is light in taste, but a nice condiment.
I had wondered "Can I finish 1/2lbs? ",
Also handmade potato chips are remarkably good even with no salt.

あっという間に、完食でした！

We completely finish all in a short time :-)
