Pasteis de Belem (パステル・デ・ベレン)

ベレンの行列！といえば、ここ「Pasteis de Belem（パステル・デ・ベレン）」
テイクアウトの列に並び、待つ事、２０分ほど、やっとお店のなかに。

One of the long crowded lines in Belem is at Pasteis de Belem.
We wait for 20 minutes in the line for "take out."
Finally, we are in the shop.

ショーケースには、美味しそうなペーストリーもあるのだが、
ほとんどの方のお目当ては、パステル・デ・ナタ。

While there are many various pasteris,
most people aim to purchase "Pasteis de nata."

近くの公園で、さあ〜。
まずは、パッケージ。

We go to a park near the shop.
First, we enjoy the package.

そして、待望の「エッグタルト」の登場。
焼きたて！あたたかい！
そっと持たないと簡単に壊れてしまうほど、薄いパリパリのパイ皮。
そして、なかは、濃厚カスタード。
口を大きくあけて、「いただきます〜」

Then, we confront the famous egg tart.
It was just baked and still warm.
The pie crust requests us to hold it softly since it is very crisp and light.
Inside the crust, the rich custard is made from egg.
Open my mouth widely and then "I ta da ki masu!!"

あ〜あ、また、食べたい！
