ちらしすし (Chirashi zushi)

週末、なんとなく、出不精。
気づけば、ひな祭りの夜だというのに、何も準備していない夕ご飯。
あわてて、奮起！

冷凍庫のなかから、
メインの茹でロブスター、
生でも食べられるメイン産ホタテ、
ちょっと大きめの海老を茹で、
薄焼き卵には程遠い、オムレツのような卵。
絹さや無しで残念、
でも、なんとか完成。

The weekend, somehow I was a homebody.
At the evening, I realized that I have no idea what I will make tonight for Hinamatsuri !

In a hurry, I rally my spirits !
From our freezer,
Maine's Lobster,
Maine's fresh Scallops, that we can eat raw,
Boiled Large size of Shrimps,
Baking an omelet that is far from a perfect "thin" egg sheet.
While snow peas are missing,
Chirashizushi is here !

美しいお料理には、準備、情熱が必要だと実感した一皿。
来年は、がんばろ！

I reflect that beautiful cuisine is made by preparation and passion.
I wish to make a better one next year !
