Enjoying Lunch (ランチを楽しもう)

"Shall we have lunch at a restaurant ?"
Both of our minds target the restaurant, "David's."

私は、"ハドック（白身魚）香草焼き、ムール貝"
一番びっくりしたのは、お魚の下にひかれていたマッシュルーム・リゾット。
乳製品を一切未使用のリゾット。
ビネガー酸味がとても効いており、私好み。

When I glanced at the menu, I have no doubt of my order
"Fresh herb crusted haddock with mussels"
because it filled my mind a long time.
While haddock and mussels are delicious,
more surprise for me is mushroom risotto under the fish.
It does not including any milk product,
and the vinegar gives punch to the taste.
I love it !

パートナーは、
"ポーク、ベーコン、バルサミコ煮アップル"
なんと、このポーク (写真が鮮明で無くあしからず)
とても、ジューシーで、びっくり!!
そして、オレンジ色のものは、
メープルシロップ入りマッシュド・スイートポテト。
我が家では、作らない１皿に、満足の彼。

My partner's order is
"Pork tenderloin, bacon and balsamic apples."
This pork is very very juicy !!
As a side, he gets mashed sweet potato with maple syrup.
While this menu I have never made in our house,
he is happy.

たまには、ふたりで、贅沢なランチも良いものです。

Yes, we realize we should enjoy luxury lunch at a nice restaurant sometimes.
